Our story

Born from a challenge to redefine how our family used our patch of Devon, we wanted to grow something unusual as a family. With a love of wine and the beautiful Devon countryside, we jumped feet first into the world of English wine. Who knew the edge of Dartmoor could be the perfect home for 5,000 vines! From the muddy months of winter pruning to the glorious sunshine across our vineyard at harvest, our love of English wine has grown far beyond the bottle. The only thing we love more, is sharing it with you.

As a small family team of 4, we care for our vines around the clock (Oh, they can be needy when they want!), as well as now making our wine on-site in our shiny new winery and serving up delicious local lunches in our kitchen. Including tasty local cheese & charcuterie platters, homemade open sandwiches and our very own freshly baked Devon splits. It’s no secret we love Devon, our menus are curated to showcase the best food and drinks from across the county. And our on-site bottle & gift shop is loaded with Devons’ finest too!
